KEMP received family friendly certification on Dec. 1.

It is a system that grants certification to companies and public institutions that model family-friendly systems such as childbirth and
parenting support, flexible work systems, and family-friendly workplace culture.

Family-friendly enterprise KEMP
Kerry has various efforts to increase the quality of life and job satisfaction of workers.
1. Family Love Day
- Every Wednesday at 17:00, everyone leaves work
- No overtime, dinners and meetings
2. Childbirth and child support
- Allowing parental leave
- 90 days of prenatal leave
- 10 days of spouse maternity leave
- Restrictions on Pregnant Women's Night and Holiday Work
- Working hours during pregnancy: Two hours per day allowed for shorter work (no wage change)
- Reducing working hours during childrearing: Minimum 15 hours per week to maximum 35 hours per week
